Standard Returns & Exchanges
Eligible standard products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Installed, used, or modified products are not eligible for return unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is identified.
Custom-Made & Project Orders
Custom-made, pre-order, and project-based products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
